Relax and Rejuvenate Yoga Practice:
This two-hour restorative practices begins lying down, breathing and body awareness then continues with gentle stretches on the mat. The restorative poses that follow will be held longer and passively by props to support the relaxation response. Class will be kept small so each student will have attention for their individual needs. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
